Role Title - Sr. Sales Operations Analyst
What the role entails
(Key Responsibilities)
- Work with a major sales region in collaboration with the GM of that region in order to maximize revenue generation and attain corporate sales targets
- Drive top-line growth initiatives including short & mid-range forecasting the main company business process that drives the development mind range (rolling 6 quarter) of sales & operational planning
- Delve into market share and competitive intelligence in regional markets.
- Provide detailed quantitative analyses in support of identifying sales opportunities to drive opportunity management
- Communicating and collaborating cross-functionally throughout the entire company, including finance, operations, pricing, and product management teams.
- Own at least one major initiative with exposure to the entire E-staff team.

What we are looking for in you
Skills, Knowledge, Special Attributes, Mobility -
- Bachelors Degree required with knowledge of sales operations, financial, and business analytics experience, preferably in complex Solar or High-Tech industry multi-tiered channel environment
- Very process-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and sound business judgment - comfortable with data-driven insight seeking and decision-making
- Organized with strong work ethic
- Ability to work productively and independently in a dynamic, face-paced, and constantly changing environment
- Adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals
- Advanced skills with Excel and data manipulation. QlikView, Tableau, and SFDC experience preferred
- Supremely organized and demonstrate attention to detail
- You are more than a little computer literate: Advanced level of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred
- Very process oriented and aware with a bias toward accuracy and precision
- Focused and driven to meet deadlines for regularly scheduled activities
- Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to requests from internal and external customers
- User of web-based tools for processing data and analyzing results
- Resourceful in problem-solving and working with other team members
Experience & Education
- Minimum Qualifications & Critical Exposure to Perform the Job at the Optimum Level
- Bachelors BE / B.Tech from Tier-1 colleges
- GPA 7 and Above
