Our client is an e-Payment service provider. It offers Fintech services across the globe using top-grade payment tools. The online payment gateway services encompass white label solutions, e-payment wallets, e-commerce services, online remittance, and merchant account.
Requirement & Role:
- Sales experience from a Fintech/ e payment gateway gateway company who has had a good track record and experience of building teams.
- Understanding of a Start up and it's sales operations
- Should have handled a PAN India profile
- Aggressive with sale targets, with understanding of partnership in the industry
- Owning sales targets overall and within accounts. Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve the same.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be a partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives.
- New Customer Acquisition
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Passion towards building a large consumer fintech business
- Sales experience of meeting or exceeding targets and interact with all levels of client organization.
- Proven ability to conceptualize, drive and implement sales strategy and process with a client-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge about Digital Payments, Fintech Industry
- Knowledgeable of industry trends and competition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven sales experience in specified territories and verticals.
- Able to drive customer centricity in the team.
- Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.
- Around 14 years of experience & MBA from a reputable institute
