Experience : 7-12 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- VAS Sales
- Should have good relation with NEP and Telcos
- Revenue Targets : Overall, responsible for ensuring that order booking and other sales targets for the region are met
- New clients development
- Client Relationship : Ensure Customer Satisfaction is high in the region, driving the CSAT target for the entire region by engaging with the client
- Collections : Overall, responsibility of ensuring collections and payments in the region
- Process Compliance : Ensure all processes related to Bid Management, Sales Funnel reporting & tracking, Sales Forecasting etc are adhered to in the region
- Account Management: Build Account Management & Solution selling skills in the region.
