Profile - Sr sales manager

Qualification - Diploma In electrical or MBA in marketing

Experience - Good exposure to selling/ marketing of electrical items like switches, MCBs, contactors / switch gear products and has worked in companies like Havels, C&S, L&T, Siemen, BCH,HPL etc.or similar companies dealing with similar products. Most importantly he must possess excellent presentation skill)

Job Description:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market trends.

- Set ambitious sales targets and objectives for the sales team.

2. Team Leadership:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their potential.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the team.

3. Market Expansion:

- Identify New Market Opportunities, target segments, and geographic areas for business expansion.

- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new clients.

4. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

5. Sales Process Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.

- Monitor and track sales activities, pipeline, and progress toward targets .
