As a Senior Sales Manager, You will be will play a strategic role in building sales strategies and goals to attain the overall business objectives and strive to meet and exceed these goals.
- You will also be responsible for performing analysis and creating comprehensive, compelling strategic proposals to convince senior management to implement strategic decision making.
- You will build your team to achieve optimal performance and lead the way to financial growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with Product and Engineering team to develop the products which can fulfill the client needs
- Work with Pricing, Operations and Finance team to ensure service delivery to customers
- Proactively building trusted client relationships - maintain a portfolio of active and growing customers
- Generate creative ideas on customer acquisition and products/services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in client engagement and internal stakeholder management and other business conduct
- Drive continuous improvement of the operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes to increase the consistency of systems and processes
- Partner effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver effective client solutions
Requirements -
Experience, Technical skills & Knowledge:
- B Tech/MBA from Premier B-School or Tier a/2 Universities
- Min 4-6 years of experience in Business Development in any industry (B2B preferred)
- Good analytical skills and ability to assess client needs
- Fast learner and ability to adapt quickly to new environment
- Saas or Logistics Saas company/start-up experience adds a BIG PLUS
