Senior Sales Manager - Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve yearly revenue and yield targets on all insurance product lines

- Achieve up-sell and cross-sell targets for the period

- Set and monitor sales objectives

- Present new product or service solutions to clients

- Build and support capabilities in any team resource allocated

- Keep up to date with industry developments

Desired Candidate Requirements:

- Post Graduate/MBA or any other equivalent higher education qualification

- 4-6 years of Life Insurance sales/servicing experience

- Knowledge of the local market

- Excellent communication skills

- Good networking and relationship-building skills

- Highly competent with MS Office
