Senior Sales Manager - EOR - US

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven End-to-End Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS OF THE ROLE:
- Driving Lead conversion by creating and giving the sales pitch to the clients
- Ensuring target achievements of sales and lead to conversion ratio
- Negotiating payments terms and credit cycles
- Risk management and ensuring no defaults
- Managing sales team, Interacting with the internal customer success and payroll teams for smooth execution.
Key Requirement & Skills:
- B2B Sales (global SAAS or Service sales experience). EOR sales experience will be preferred
- Experience in managing a B2B sales team
- Carrying out sales presentations to Clients
- Negotiation

- Understanding of compliance in payroll industry
- Understanding of CRM tools
