Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, business development, and account management for our SaaS products and other IT solutions.
- This role will play a key part in scaling our product portfolio and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for SaaS and IT products.
- Identify new business opportunities and key prospects through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and lead negotiations to close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring sales targets are met.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Key Skills & Requirements.
- Experience: 6-10 years in B2B SaaS or IT product sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
