Required Experience:
- 10+ years of B2B/business software (Microsoft and Cloud) sales experience to manage a small and growing sales team, including exposure in staff augmentation experience
- Experience in India market with APAC an added benefit
- Interacting with cross functional teams across the company
- Experience managing multiple managers to achieving quota with their teams
- Successful track record of consistently hitting quota in a medium-volume transaction sales environment
- Experience managing and executing in a pre-defined sales model
- Experience with a CRM solution and Web Conferencing Technology
- Strong presentation/demonstration skills, communication, and written skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of the sales plan in the India market to meet/exceed sales goals
- Drive sales targets and manage key accounts
- Farming and growing existing account relationships in order to achieve company sales targets
- Reporting on sales activity, productivity and forecasting to leadership team - Establish account relationships with key decision makers when necessary, to drive large deals forward
- Prepare proposals, submit bids and lead commercial negotiations to conclude deals
- Conducting weekly forecasting meeting with sales management team that reports to you
- Recruit, hire, onboard and review the performance of Sales Executives on your team - Contribute, analyse and assist in marketing initiatives & marketing strategies to increase the sales funnel
- Build Alliance partnerships
