Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management:
- Drive sales of our innovative IoT products to apartment complexes and societies.
- Own end-to-end client relationships, building trust and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with channel partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and propose customized solutions leveraging IoT technology.
- Champion new initiatives within your assigned territory, becoming a key stakeholder in driving successful client adoption.
Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Utilize a variety of prospecting techniques (networking, cold emailing, advertising) to generate leads and identify potential clients.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline and maintain a consistent flow of qualified leads.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and negotiations to secure deals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong consultative sales experience where you understand client needs and propose solutions that add value.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA degree (preferred).
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Existing relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) and builders (a strong plus).
- Working knowledge of the local language and familiarity with the assigned territory.
