Roles and Responsibilities:
- Business development - Handle business development of new and existing accounts, exceeding sales targets with clear focus on retention of existing customers
- New client acquisition - Nurture prospective clients via references and advocate on recent industry trends and solutions to key challenges across the talent acquisition ecosystem
- Relationship management - Build, maintain and nurture executive level relationships in the enterprise accounts
- Client retention and advisory - Work with the Customer Success team to identify and eliminate challenges to our clients' retention and engagement
