Profile - Senior Sales Manager
1. Sales Experience of 4-9 years
2. NBFC Experience preferred (Capital Float, Incred, Bajaj Finance etc.)
3. Preferably in Education Loans or Small Ticket Loans - Personal, Consumer Durable
4. Location - NCR
Core Skills Required -
- Customer Handling and Client Retention Skills for Small Ticket Loans
- Have experience in planning and executing strategies to acquire Students interested in taking loans to study
- Take Charge of given accounts and be responsible for growing the number of Admissions for those accounts
- Presenting insights & actionable strategies to Clients/ Account Managers and persuade them to execute new campaigns
- Trouble Shoot / Problem solve for students loan applications and building complete loan application files
- Have experience of team handling to achieve goals
