We are looking for Lead for one of our reputed client in Pune, this would be work from Office opportunity. Candidate who are willing to relocate to Pune only may apply. Need the candidates from the mentioned Industry STP, Water Treatment, Renewable energy, Biogas, Waste Management, Environmental Engineering, Effluent Treatment Plant, Hazardous Waste Management, Effluent Treatment Plant, plastic waste. - Experience: Minimum 6 years in selling products, concept and services in a similar industry, such as STP, water treatment, waste management, renewable energy, Biogas.. Job description. We are looking for an experienced candidate who will be responsible for managing organizational sales, developing business plans, meeting targets and supervising and organizing the sales team. Typical tasks/responsibilities.


- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control. Meeting planned sales goals. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Monitoring sales goals. Reporting of sales. Monitoring the sales team activity and performance. Ongoing training of sales people.


- Coordination with marketing for lead generation. Recovery of payments. Coordination with internal teams. Attend relevant business development forums as defined by organization. Promoting organization and products. Understand ideal customer and research market opportunities. Developing sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge and education. Key Skills. A masters degree in business or related field.


- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. Experience in customer relationship management. Experience managing and directing a sale team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dedication to providing great customer service. Ability to lead a sales team. Excellent knowledge of MS office. Pleasing personality.
