Key Responsibilities:

- Generate sales by promoting our NIFPS system to Government-owned State Electricity Boards, Power Distribution Companies, Utility organizations, NTPC, Power Grid Corporation, and similar entities.

- Leverage strong existing relationships with decision-makers in these organizations to achieve sales objectives.

- Strategically engage Ministry officials to advocate for and promote our product at the policy level.

- Establish and manage a robust distributor network across India to ensure nationwide availability of our product.

- Prepare and submit proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize orders to secure deals.

- Conduct live product demonstrations and organize client visits to showcase the system's features and benefits.

- Lead seminars and participate in exhibitions to enhance product visibility and generate leads.

- Deliver compelling presentations to clients, highlighting the system's technological and operational advantages.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (BE Electrical/Electronics).

- Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales of electrical transformers or related products, targeting Government-owned organizations, Power Distribution Companies, NTPC, Power Grid Corporation, and utility companies.

- Proven ability to develop distributor networks and launch new products in the market.

- Strong experience in proposal writing, contract negotiation, and client relationship management.

- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

- Familiarity with industry trends, client focus, and an ability to thrive under pressure.

- Excellent negotiation ability and capacity to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
