We are looking for a Sr. Sales Manager to lead a team of highly potential individuals and drive its aggressive growth plans in multiple cities across the country.

Job requirements :

- Drive the sales & counseling team to achieve the set goals and targets.

- Report weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual progress

- Executing of all Marketing & BTL Initiatives

- Ensuring the conversions and meeting monthly sales targets

- Cross-sell / re-sell to existing customers.

- Suggest improvements and innovative strategies to grow the business, revenue & profitability.

Desired Candidate :

- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment

- Good communication skills and a pleasant personality

- Go-getter

- Basic knowledge of MS Office Excel & Word and Mobile Apps

- Proven achievements in achieving sales targets

- Team handling experience of varied profiles (fresher as well as experienced personal)
