Ecommerce Enabler & Sr Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the consumer brands/D2C brands space in India.
- Identify and generate leads through proactive outreach.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our IT services or solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure excellent delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing valuable insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the e- commerce solutions space.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, ensuring effective communication of progress and sales pipeline status to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in sales, specifically in technology solutions, with a focus on ecommerce.
- Strong network and experience selling to marketing heads/ e-commerce heads, or IT heads of consumer brands/D2C brands in India.
- Should have knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce etc.
- Proficiency in lead generation using LinkedIn and other relevant tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Highly energetic and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer success.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive internal teams to deliver exceptional results for clients.
