Location: Sales in UP, Bihar and Jharkhand. Based at either in Patna and any of the relevant cities Jharkhand / UP

Position objective:

- The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the assigned clusters within their region.


- The role requires an ability to sell products and services such as insurance, credit products, automotive and appliances as an individual contributor to MSMEs, retailers and other businesses.


- The Regional Manager will be primary owner responsible for market share, revenue and profitability through sales of products within their regions.


- The Regional Manager needs to be comfortable with stringent, high growth targets and show a background and understanding in customer relationship management, sales and marketing, data analysis.

Key responsibilities areas:

- Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets for sale of appliances on credit to retailers across the region.

- Lead customer relationships with maximize strong repeat business consistently week on week.

- Work closely with financing partners to co-develop business opportunities and close orders.

- Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor strategies to adjust business approaches and maintain a competitive edge.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements through diligent compliance and accurate reporting.

- Address customer queries and resolve escalations efficiently to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Essential:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, or a related field.

- Having 5+ years of experience in a similar field.

- Experience in sale of financial and consumer durable products.

- Proven leadership skills.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make strategic sales decisions.

- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.

- This role is a field based role and requires extensive travelling in region of up to 22 days per month.

- Drive sales & business development across UP, Bihar & Jharkhand

- Sell insurance, credit products, automotives & appliances to MSMEs & retailers

- Achieve revenue & profitability targets

- Build & maintain strong customer relationships

- Work with financing partners to close deals

- Extensive field travel required (up to 22 days/month)
