Job Description:

The role of a Sales is to drive sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling digital IT solutions to BFSI clients. This position requires a strong understanding of digital technologies, Cloud solutions, and the ability to effectively communicate the value and benefits to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve established revenue targets, forecast and manage sales, revenue and margins at customer within your territory

2. You will partner closely with technical leaders to support the delivery team, ensuring they have what they need to be successful

3. You will engage in consultative business development, growing relationships both vertically as well as horizontally

4. Approach client executives as a trusted advisory and business partner, expanding the company's breadth and depth to its full potential

5. You will take a consultative approach to working with our clients' C-level executives and other stakeholders to achieve their business goals and redefine their BFSI industries

6. Help develop a range of IP and best practices around client and portfolio development in order to build the client base into a significant strategic asset

7. By researching and understanding client's business and technology strategy, you will identify and qualify opportunities to improve the partnership and increase revenue throughout the duration of the partnership

8. You will be responsible for complex negotiations and resolve conflicts throughout the duration of client engagement. You will work closely with the delivery, operations, legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

9. Manage the sales pipeline by tracking and prioritizing leads, opportunities, and deals. Update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status.

10. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to provide visibility into the sales pipeline, revenue projections, and performance against targets. Provide accurate and timely sales data to management for strategic decision-making.

Professional Qualifications & Attributes

- Experience of 10-15 years in consulting and account management/sales experience preferably last 5 years in BFSI industry

- Self-motivated individual with highest levels of professionalism

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work/interact with clients in the BFSI sector

- Demonstrated experience in relationship building & networking skills

- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field preferably MBA or equivalent from a premier institution
