Roles & Responsibilities -

- Leading sales conversations with prospective clients in the non-banking sector such as FMCG, electronic, e-commerce, automobiles, OEMs, among others.

- Generate & Process new sales leads across India & take them to closure.


- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.

- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics

- Creating market & client specific presentations.

- Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

- Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.

Skills required-

- Relevant core sales experience.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient with numbers to analyze sales data and produce reports

- Good understanding of sales software and the industry's best practices
