About the job:
Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the sales strategy and achieving revenue targets for the organization.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales plans, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to increase sales and profitability
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy
- Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Forecast and present sales reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales role
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team
Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Ability to travel as needed
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong business acumen and customer-oriented approach
Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction
