Job Description - The role will be responsible for designing the long tern plan for the sales business in a dynamic environment, driving the HR agenda strategically to align with the business goals.

Description :
- Creating the right organisation structure in accordance to the business strategy to drive effectively and efficiency
- Proactively identifying and taking initiatives around resource planning and management
- Implementing the engagement initiatives for the key business stakeholders
- Designing and building capabilities and skills for employees across the organisation
- Partnering with the leaders of the organisation to build the team and organisation in line with the business objectives
- Building a strong team of passionate HRBPs
- Coaching and enabling senior leaders to scale, bringing the Leadership Team together to work as a cohesive unit
- 18-20 years of experience across multiple HR roles including Sales HR Business Partnering
- Experience of both, working in a large, well structured organisations as well as scaling up small businesses
- Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and effective communication skills
