Senior Sales Head - Growing B2C Platform
Job Description:
1. Strategize to ensure driving online and offline lead conversions and increase operations efficiencies
2. Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the organization's expectations
3. Develop and work on analytics driven sales dashboard(s) which will help keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales pipeline
4. Conduct daily team hurdles to brief and motivate the team on the team and individual targets
5. Own up the overall training and quality of the sales teams . Provide training interventions, feedbacks in coordination with the Product team
6. Monitor self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc
7. Analyze and share active feedback about the customer behavior, market demands and competition to the marketing team
8. Give prompt reports on crucial issues and suggest solutions.
Qualifications:1. 10+ years of online sales experience from B2C Sector
2.Hands-on experience in setting up and managing an inside sales team with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
3. Work Experience of B2C is a must.
4. Experience in a fast-moving, growth-oriented start-up is preferred. Needs to be flexible and adaptable as requirements change.
