Job Profile -

- Middle Office, Corporate Action & Loan Data Quality for global credit trading Investing & Lending Business Team size - Managed team size of 15 people Currently manage - Loan data quality & Loan documentation/corporate action team - Loan Data Quality

- Responsible of risk scrubbing credit agreements and other legal documents on all the economic and risk attributes for strats and desk consumptions - Loan Documentation

- Responsible of archival/maintaining all credit related docs and manage all the corporate actions associated with the loan Implemented the Target Operating Model for Loans Servicing Business Trading Middle Office - Business Operations include managing portfolio of Syndicated and Bilateral Loans

- Manage traders risk for both trade date & settle date positions

- Govern adherence to KRI & KPI

- Drive client satisfaction and governance around relationships Trading Operations:

- Transition the set up off EMEA loans middle office, worked closely with the desks to implement trading & client strategies Client & Business partner relationship: Identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.

- Lead & implement the client captain initiative across EMEA Process Enhancement: Monitoring the overall functioning of processes and identifying improvement areas. Mapping business requirements and coordinating in developing and implementing processes. Functions include managing books and records, product setup, trade confirmation and settlement, corporate actions Global stakeholder management with Technology,

- Trading and Strats, External Vendors and Agent Deliverable Management: Monitoring production and quality as per SLAs and works towards resolutions of controllable errors and delays through appropriate quality management procedures.

- Training & Mentoring: Been the designated trainer on loans for the last 5 years Metrics Management: Preparing & presenting various metrics for weekly / monthly MIS reports pertaining to process / productivity People and Career Management: Implemented people initiatives - career graph, Communication Calendar, Mentoring circle, Mobility, Fun & learn programs, Skips & Super skips with teams. Possess strong passion towards understanding the values of the employees, expressing gratitude

- Responsible for Performance management, lateral and vertical Growth for team. Customized Career Development plan. Consistently recognize staff efforts through 'Rewards and Recognition'. Develop and upgrade people through consistent Training Programs.

- Promptly address People issues through one on one meeting, skip Meetings and provide required career guidance.

- Maintained attrition rate at minimum level consistently. Support and encourage innovations with people, provide the right platform and visibility to develop Talent. Risk & Control: Designed and helped to implement Group-wide overarching risk management and internal control framework. To this end, defined standards and created guidelines for the formulation of the risk management vision and all associated risk management policies and procedures such as risk control & self-assessment (RCSA) process and directive, controls, test steps, key risk indicators and risk appetite statements.

- Project Management: Transitioned /migrated 4 process Implemented Target operating model Risk Quotient & RCSA implementation across teams Cost per trade rationalization & Client captain Loans digitization Bank Reg requirement implementation.
