Position : Training And Development
Exp: 13 - 15 years
Role & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate leadership development courses and programs for senior leaders across the enterprise
- Consult with clients, colleagues, and executives to provide development solutions that support business goals and are measurable
- Utilize proven methodologies for needs assessment, curriculum design, and course development. Marry adult learning theory/research with the practical business needs of the organization
- Help reinforce a learning culture by leveraging multiple disciplines such as surveys, assessment, social media, cohort groups, team effectiveness and leadership skills development
- Deliver enterprise courses at the Senior Leader level
- Evaluate facilitated training programs and their business impact
- Participate in review process and recommend updates to general programs
- Develop tools & job aids for specific audiences as appropriate
