Senior Role - Technical Accounting - CA/CPA/ACCA

Responsibilities :

- Lead an engagement from the front and deliver timely and high quality work, in line with the Global team expectations.

- Demonstrate strong understanding of accounting standards in the engagements on Capital markets and SPAC transactions, SEC/SEBI Reporting and Compliance, Financial Accounting and Reporting, GAAP conversions or accounting change (revenue recognition and lease accounting)

- Develop and maintain productive relationships with key Global counterparts.

- Demonstrate professionalism, competence and clarity of communication when dealing with Global teams.

- Identify opportunities to improve the scope of work for one's own engagements.

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) CPA (US) or ACCA (UK)

- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in auditing, accounting, or financial reporting preferably with a Big 4

- Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP and IndAS, expert analytical and advisory skills

- Ability to communicate with global clients
