This is a Contractual Role for Talent Management Profile with prior experience in Consulting for Tech Startups only.
(This is a pipeline building only at the moment)
Role will work closely with the CHRO and be responsible for the below:
- Creating the Talent Management Framework for the organization in accordance with the HR Strategy
- Creating a Framework for hi-potential identification, career-pathing and succession planning
- Working on Job Evaluations, grading and banding system and creating a flat structure in accordance with the organization goal
- We are looking for candidates who come with 10-15 years experience in Consulting and are open to Fixed Term Contracts for a period of 8-12 months.
- This will be a Contractual Assignment and not a Permanent Assignment.
- Technology Start up Consulting is a must have.
