About the Roles :

We have three exciting opportunities available:

- Senior Specialist - Talent Development: Collaborate with Human Capital Business Partners and other stakeholders to contribute to talent development initiatives.

- Senior Manager - Talent Development (Human Capital): Support our Technology teams in planning and implementing talent development strategies.

- Associate Director - Talent Development: Lead Talent Development for India, designing and implementing a comprehensive talent development roadmap and strategy.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement talent development initiatives

- Develop and deliver learning solutions and programs addressing business learning needs

- Provide advisory support and guidance on learning and development initiatives

- Analyze data to assess and improve offerings, programs, and processes

- Lead and manage teams to create and deliver learning solutions

Requirements :

- MBA in Human Resources or related field

- 3-16 years of work experience in talent development

- Proficiency in designing instructor-led and online learning programs

- Strategic mindset and approach towards creating learning experiences

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to learn quickly and execute with discipline and attention to detail
