- Engaging directly with clients to understand thoroughly the business needs and therefore its business forecast and ongoing staffing plans. Resourcing specialist involved in identification, assessment and development of external candidate pools for client vacancies utilizing various resource tools, sourcing strategies, and techniques in successfully implementing creative sourcing strategies and innovative solutions.
