Company Description : A Large diversified business services group ( A step down subsidiary of a USD 44bn multinational )
- The incumbent is expected to have excellent understanding of the great talent pools vis-a-vis requirements at managerial and leadership level and should be able to research and propose such candidates to the management for hiring
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage the leadership hiring team by setting up right KRAs, performance parameters and a process that enables improvement in hiring quality and reduces the time to closure
- Understand the hiring requirement both from hard skills, soft skills and personality perspective basis the brief from management.
- Guide the team in research and screening of candidates for leadership and critical positions hiring
- Should be able to have first meetings with such candidates and submit recommendations to the management on the suitability of the candidates from aptitude, attitude, cultural fitment, professionalism and potential perspective
Key attributes of the incumbent :
- Experienced talent acquisition manager with an impressive track record & knowledge talent acquisition at senior level in IT/ITeS industry. Someone who is aware of tech challenges and have proposal to meet challenges
Innovative thinker :
- Interest and aptitude to change the status quo rather than only maintaining the status quo
- Leadership skills to be able to establish oneself as the strongest voice & respected leader within the organization including effective communication skills, persuasion skills etc.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible in terms of working time & role definitions/responsibilities and willing to go extra mile as needed to produce effected results as expected from this role
