- Closely work with Business Heads and Board Member/s for getting perspective of the roles.
- Prepare job specifications and descriptions in conjunction with the businesses.
- Glean the market for talent and strategize for tapping the right fit.
- Adept in using social media for reaching out to talent.
- Bench marking,sourcing,preliminary interviewing senior leadership level talent.
- Negotiation and determination of CTC for talent.
- Lead and guide team of more than 10 experienced recruiters.
- Formal reference checking of candidates shortlisted.
- Build a panel of Search consultants who understand and appreciate the ethos of the Group.
- Handholding the process of offer acceptance and joining and on boarding.
- The ideal candidate should come from a large engineering/infrastructure/search industry having 17-20 years of relevant experience.

- The candidate should expect to move in CHRO roles of Group companies in India & overseas depending on their ability and availability of such positions.
