- 10-18 years of relevant experience with minimum 4 years heading the Talent Acquisition vertical for a business of a large conglomerate; Active experience managing a direct team of 3-5 members
- Experience preferred in industries like FMCG, Financial Services and Manufacturing. with well known Companies
- Extensive experience with varied sourcing channels like social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience of HR Analytics and Technology; Exposure to varied applicant management system and software
- Experience with HR Operations to ensure seamless employee joining experience
- Sound understanding of Talent Management, Learning & development and Total Rewards
- Experience in Non IT field is a must
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management/ Organizational Psychology or relevant field
- MBA from a premiere institute
