Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Niche hiring
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements for each position
- Utilize various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events to source and attract qualified candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, obtaining feedback from hiring managers, and extending job offers
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and colleges to promote our company and attract students for internships and entry-level positions
- Plan and execute campus recruitment events and activities, such as career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for candidate selection and interview techniques
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting on recruitment metrics to track the success of our hiring efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment strategies and processes
