Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of handling Supply and Demand Strategy specifically focused on the driver side of our operations. This key position will be instrumental in optimizing the supply chain dynamics related to drivers, ensuring a balanced and efficient supply and demand ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize the supply and demand dynamics for drivers, ensuring a steady and efficient flow in alignment with business objectives.

2. Analyze market trends, driver availability, and demand patterns to forecast and manage driver supply and demand, balancing fluctuations and ensuring operational stability.

3. Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant teams to implement strategies that enhance driver engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.

4. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements within the driver supply chain, implementing innovative solutions.

5. Monitor and assess key performance indicators to gauge the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.

6. Play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall driver experience through strategic initiatives and impactful supply chain management.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. MBA from tier 1 colleges preferred Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.

2. 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain strategy, specifically focused on driver supply and demand in the transportation or related industry.

3. Proven track record in implementing successful strategies that optimize driver supply and demand dynamics, resulting in operational efficiency and performance improvement.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive strategic decisions.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and levels within the organization.
