- 18 - 25 years of total working experience in supply chain areas- Category Management

- Oil and Gas experience is a must

- Over 18 years of experience in supply chain in the areas of Sourcing & procurement

- Excellent communication skills.

- Good team management experience

- Should be managing +80 team members

- Refinement of the existing Source To Pay Practice framework develop best practice repositories for new industry verticals, refinement of existing schemes, benchmarks, insights etc

- Commercialize new products idea in Sourcing & Procurement

- Drive external breathing programs through white-papers and external partnerships
