- Responsible for overall Bid-Lifecycle (Solution Ownership, Bid Management, and Collateral Preparation) with efficient coordination between internal stakeholders: Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Product teams
- Responsible for creating, writing, reviewing, and proofreading proposals, responses, and client presentations for quality, cohesiveness of win themes, accuracy of content
- Understand Resource Sizing, Commercial Engineering, Business Case Creation, and curate Customer Case Studies
- Support the sales and GTM with lead qualification, presentations, proposals, sales strategies, and competitive information to provide impactful sales support
- Create marketing assets to support go-to-market plan - website content, product brochures, white papers, competitive value propositions, etc.
- Preparing sales-based pitches and POCs for customers across the globe including providing roadmaps and solution
- Develop/maintain technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends, new service offerings
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Sciences/Mathematics/Commerce/Finance/Business Management
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management/Marketing/Finance
- Excellent skills in MS Office (PowerPoint/Word/Excel)
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in solution architecting with BPO or Contact Centre
- Extensive and deep understanding of contact centre services, CXM offerings
