- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with key accounts and distributors to strengthen relationships and drive business growth
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team, setting clear sales objectives and motivating them to achieve outstanding results.
- Should have experience in sales, distribution and P&L management.
