Sales & Distribution - Fund raising for AIF funds- (leading NBFC)
Person will be responsible to empanel wholesale large distributors (specifically banks and wealth outfits), get products (meaning investment strategies / schemes to invest in above AIF funds) on-boarded. This will include product conceptualization, Negotiations, Distribution Agreements, Empanelment & Management, Sales & Investor Servicing
- Responsible for building new distributors relationships with Banks and wealth outfits and maintaining strong relationships with Product Heads.
- Successfully onboarding distributors for fund raising
- Product pitching and product onboarding,
- Undertaking due diligence for empanelment .
- Handling Distribution Agreements.
- Engaging distributors - Conducting sales training and disseminating product performances to distributors
- Cross-functional delivery with Sales, Marketing & Investment teams on providing customer & sales related marketing materials, product presentations & various other initiatives to enhance sales efforts.
- The ultimate objective is to raise fund for AIF Fund CAT 1 & CAT 2.
Skill Sets:
Functional Skills:
- Strong relationships with wholesale distributors at Product Head & Business Head level.
- Experience in sales & distribution with Institutions & Family offices
- Experience of credit, fixed income and debt products will be preferred
- New Market Development and Key Client Management
- Fund raising experience in AIF is preferred
