Senior Role - Road Logistics

- You will be part of our Road Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills in systems + processes to the delivery of operational excellence.

Your Role : You will be responsible for supporting day to day information systems related activities to drive performance. You will do this by collaborating with various internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

Your Responsibilities :

- To ensure required software functionalities are optimally set up + used.

- To analyze, reconcile data discrepancies + provide recommendations to drive improvement for end users.

- To support the management of road logistics applications + systems, including modification of products + systems.

- To assist with eTrucknow project implementations + liaise with transport vendors.

- To ensure knowledge + information transfer across the road logistics team.

- To provide day to day support for all users along with regular updates for any product updates.
