Senior Role - Reporting & Analytics - Data Strategy Analytics - Financial KPO

We are looking for positions in Data Strategy Analytics with a leading Financial KPO at Pune

Experience : 12- 15 years experience with good exposure in Data Analytics & reporting with exp. in Tableau and R.

- MBA/ MS with Statistical and Analytics skills - Six Sigma / Lean background

Role & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for data Analysis and generating reports

- Develop, lead, coach a team of data/ service analysts to deliver on Information Management insights

- Ensure Delivery on identified data/Information Management insight on strategy projects

- Help to develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, projections, and performance analysis - Historic and Predictive modelling, correlate data variables

- Collaborate with team members to improve reporting and analytics and overall data quality

- Support implementation changes to the organization's data structure through collaboration with the digitization team
