We are looking for candidates with 15-20 years of experience with good exposure to Regulatory reporting.

The requirement is in the Regulatory Reporting.

Job Location : Chennai/ Noida

The synopsis of the role would be as under :

Functional Expertise :

- Complete ownership of seamless service delivery of US and UK Regulatory Reporting processes

- Ensure that all returns and reports are delivered timely and accurately, SLAs are met, measured and reported to the clients on agreed frequency

- Act as final offshore escalation point of contact for all service delivery related matters

- Continuous update of changes happening in regulatory reporting environment

- Strategically drive the changes and alignment of processes with new regulatory requirements

- Contributes to regulatory reporting compliance framework

- Build, own, strengthen and maintain the control framework

Team Management :

- Coach and mentor the team members to increase their areas of responsibilities

- Review the performance of team, conduct feedback sessions and keep track of improvement areas

- Succession planning of key team members - foresee the risks and plan in advance for replacements

Operational Rigor :

- Ensures compliance with SLAs, and drives continuous improvement

- Custodian and owner of Error analysis and responsible to maintain repository of all errors and issues, with root cause, correction action, preventive actions, dates of identification and implementation

- Partner with support functions to drive excellence and continuous improvements in respective processes

- Run the governance with clients and maintain action logs to record, track and close the issues

Stakeholders Management :

- Manage costs of the project, maximize the revenue, and the project margins

- Drive cost efficiencies, simplification of processes, and continuous improvements

- Prepare and present the executive review with the Senior leadership team

- Review the P/L of the account and understand, review, explain the drivers of variances, draft, share and execute action plans agreed with Senior leadership

Skills :

- Chartered Accountant/ Management Account/ MBA (Finance)

- At least 15 years of post-qualification experience in service delivery in F&A functions

- Good communication skills - should have fluent oral and written English skills

- Good presentation and analytical skills

- Should have exposure to accounting and regulatory reporting and MIS in large corporations
