Regulatory reporting Team member

For our Regulatory Reporting unit we are looking for highly motivated, experienced analyst with a minimum of 7 years' experience in operations area with focus on BAU as well as automation opportunities and projects. The applicant will be a self-motivated analytical team player with the ability to complete their responsibilities whilst identifying process improvements and enhancements to improve quality & efficiency.

Responsibilities :

- Performing tasks related to regulatory reporting.

- Coordination and involvement in process improvements and process reengineering initiatives

- Compliance & monitoring visits and audits coordination

- Planning of Team's BAU activities

- Preparation and updating of operational procedures and manuals as well as ensuring their execution

- Responsibility for keeping the Service Level Agreement provisions, deadlines and reporting

- Relationship management with internal clients located in NAM, EMEA and APAC regions

- Leading meetings and teleconferences concerning the process and team

- Supporting team members in terms of current issues resolving

- Assistance in internal trainings coordination for new employees

- Keeping Team motivated, creating a "be the best culture" among subordinates

- Drive design and implementation of new operating models, processes procedures, efficiencies and enhancements

- Provide metrics such as functional dashboards, issue tracker or change management update part of BAU function.

- Escalate any discrepancies identified in the e2e process impacting client reporting processes (root cause analysis, bank/client impact)

- Communicate operational changes arising from remediation or process and control enhancements to Operations & Technology

- Suggest and plan enhancements and take responsibility for End-to-end implementation

- Maintain active relationship with key business, technology and operations stakeholders

- Streamline process inconsistencies, mitigate risks and process documentation

- Knowledge sharing among team across Zurich and Warsaw to manage Regulatory Reporting operations controls functions

- Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices

Qualifications

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Graduate (Master's degree) - Economy/business administration/ banking background preferred

- At least 7 years' work experience at banking/financial institutions in Operations or within Financial Market

- Experience in regulatory reporting

- Excellent product knowledge (at least two from below listed instruments: investment funds, securities, derivatives)

- Ability to build strong partnerships global counterparts and cross-divisional colleagues

- Ability to interact and work with seniors at different levels in an organization together with the capability to communicate effectively

- Competent with Microsoft Office tools

- Good understanding of the inherent risks for each process and operational risks of each product segment

- Sense for independent work and good team player

- Reliable and 'can do' attitude

- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective.

- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment.

- Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Great communication skills including strong verbal and writing business English capacity

- Is Used to work in a fast-paced and continues changing environment
