Role Description:
To build positive brand perception and aspirations among target audience (customers, influencer groups, investors, etc.) by using effective communication and messaging strategy.
Key Responsibility Area:
1. To create communications, influencer engagement and messaging strategy.
2. To develop a comprehensive framework including metrics for tracking, reporting and evaluating PR effectiveness.
3. To review and monitor the regional PR strategy and ensure consistency and alignment with the overall PR strategy.
4. To create a crisis communication framework; minimize negative exposure to the brand through effective communication by engaging with target stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicator:
1. Effectiveness of Communication strategy.
2. Tracking & Monitoring of Communication budget.
Desired Skills:
- Should have 14+ years of experience in Public Relations working across agencies and brands.
- Should have experience in devising PR and influencer management strategy for brands.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Team Management Skills- leading and developing an effective team
