An opening with one of the leading NBFC clients in Mumbai for Project Finance / Debt Syndication role - International Banking Group

Job Specification :

- To have expertise both on the debt and equity side; should have worked on originating debt / equity deals and execution of the same. In terms of mix - 60 to 70 percent weight-age to debt deals and 30-40% to equity deals. Work experience on Cross border deals would be a plus

- To have strong relationships with Indian corporate houses

- Have extensive relationships on the distribution side viz. Banks, FIs, Multilateral etc

- To drive International debt and equity business origination along with BD team and CAS team

- To drive the formation of alliances with Boutique Investment Banks; foreign M&A and equity advisers to enable cross-border mandates. In this area, the candidate would co-ordinate with the overseas offices

- Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the overseas offices to monitor and provide support in ongoing transactions

- Should demonstrate ability to lead a team; provide motivation & guidance

- Should demonstrate good transaction structuring skills and ability to close a transaction expeditiously
