Looking for Senior Pre-Sales professional ( Global markets business-IB )with a leading Financial services.
Location :Pune
Experience required: Minimum 12 years in Pre-sale, solution design for services offering with exposure to Front Office (Sales and Structuring), Risk Management, Finance Control and Middle Office functions/processes, Financial regulations and business process re-engineering (in Risk & Analytics outsourcing companies)
Industry Preference : Big 4's / IT Consulting

Job Role : This role is to lead the client solution group (CSG) which caters pre-sales solution to Risk and Analytics business catering to market across Asia Pacific, UK, EU and US.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and build a world class team of CSG delivery responsible to response for client RFPs, RFIs, client meeting packs
- Doing thorough research about the prospect and understand areas of requirement before preparing responses
- Coordinate with stakeholders (sales, delivery, finance, management, technology, compliance) to ensure timely and high quality proposal submission
- Establishing processes & templates for streamlined responses to RFPs, RFIs or other customer touch points.
- Customer intelligence and target market identification: Intelligence gathering and analysis about the existing and prospective clients/companies/countries. Sharing the report along with CSG recommendations to management with road map of introducing the services
- Competitor intelligence: Intelligence gathering and analysis about competitors. Sharing the report along with CSG recommendations on how we can differentiate our offerings to that of competitors
- Lead creation and publishing of thought papers to stakeholders on our differentiated offerings
- Prepare new case studies/collaterals that could be used for client and prospect meetings, RFP responses/proposals
- Regular interaction with delivery managers/account leads to develop strong understand of our services and gather intelligence about existing clients
Skills required:
- Strong people management and project management experience.
- Strong critical thinking and solution design skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills (written as well as oral). Ability to write impactful RFP documents and review them
- Good understanding of Global markets business (IB Front and Middle Office trade operations, end-to-end trade lifecycle process), CRO & CFO functions of investment bank and financial regulations
- Good understanding banking and compliance analytics
- Ability to deliver relevant solutions quickly by liaising with relevant stakeholders and driving the agenda forward
- Self-motivated team player, strong ownership skills, accountable, organizational/prioritization skills, proactive, ability to multitask and independent
- Good understanding of various risks (credit, market, liquidity, enterprise, economic operational risks) and quantitative modelling/validation process
