Presales Energy & Utility opportunity
Candidates with total 10-12+ years of work experience, in BPO pre-sales experience (preferably 2-3 years within Energy & Resources and Utilities domain)
Skills required :
- Excellent client facing and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- In depth knowledge of the respective industry (Utilities / Energy & Resources)
- Utilities / Energy & Resources industry expertise related to pre-sales/solutions
- Knowledge & experience of BPO delivery models and should have pre-sales/solution experience
- Hands-on experience in handling RFI / RFP related to respective industry domains domain
- Demand generation, customer profiling, large bid management, RFI/RFP responses creation
Consider Presales with O&G, EPC ( Energy Power Construction), M&M( Metals and Mining) or Candidates with F&A Solutioning / Supply Chain Solutioning in ERU is preferred or any Presales experience with solutioning or Shared Service Consulting for same industry of customers ( O&G, EPC, M&M)
Job description :
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
- Work with onsite sales teams to manage & contribute to responses to customer requests for information, proposals
- Provide presentations conduct research and competitive analysis associated with new opportunities
- Exposure to different commercial models and
- Work with other organization's divisions & industry practices to provide comprehensive and innovative solution meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Participate in customer visits and offer solutions
Proactive business development :
- Build reusable collateral and contribute to the knowledge repository
- Maintain networks and relationships to keep abreast of competitors' activities
- Identify and build new offering slivers within the focus area
- Work with sales management and marketing personnel to develop and implement new sales programs, products, and services
- Identify and qualify potential leads business opportunities and customer needs
- Support business planning cycles with qualitative research and market / consumer analysis
- Manage the customer engagement cycle from lead to operations
- Participate in onsite due diligence & contribute to transition.
- Contribute to solution defence and deal management until transition start
