Overall maturity and experience:
- Has at least 10 years of experience overall with demonstrated capability to manage global client stakeholders
- Has been in client facing / front ending roles
- Has worked in roles reporting directly to senior stakeholders i.e. CXO/ VP / Head of function
- Has independently managed a large team (min 20 people)
Previous role:
- Has managed large scale (min 50 FTEs) Transition/ Migration from onshore to offshore locations OR
- Has had hands on experience in Project management, serving as a project manager for any large scale (min 50 FTEs) Operations or Transformation project OR
- Has managed multiple vendor or supply chain partners in a B2B or services context
Necessary skills:
- Is well versed in Financial Management concepts i.e. understands structure of financial statements like P&L, Balance Sheets & Internal Financial Reports
- Has foundational understanding of operational excellence concepts like LEAN, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement
- Is a proactive problem solver with ability to clearly define problems and find effective resolutions
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (+10 years) in financial management, with a focus on process optimization and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of global financial regulations, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment and ability to empower teams around you
- Experience in implementing financial technologies and automation solutions.
- Experience with complex decision making and problem solving using Lean / Six Sigma techniques
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
