Senior Role - PMO - HVAC-R Industry

Experience: 15+ Years of relevant work experience in Product Development/Engineering Services/Software and/or Strategy/Transformation

Essential Skills Able to

- Manage Engineering wide project portfolio, reporting to the center head

- Work in close conjunction on Global or Hub level strategic initiatives

- Drive PMO competency and improve capability across the organization

- Familiar with software development lifecycle, agile methodologies

- Solid track record delivering successful programs through the full product life cycle

- Manage several projects (> 50 projects) throughout product development lifecycle focused on program level KPIs including schedule/risk management, cost and communication with key stakeholders

- Closely work with program managers, cross functional local & global stakeholders

- Mentor program managers within our site and drive consistent best practices

- Drive portfolio roadmaps and make recommendations on investments / growth

- Work effectively with program management tools deployed through the organization

Desirable Skills

- Experience with Six Sigma or equivalent, PMP certification, process and tools

- Successfully lead a large portfolio of projects (including multi-generational programs)

- Experience in executing passport/stage gate based development process

- Experience with HVAC-R Industry
