Job Description :
- Working with the leadership to manage the plant HR activities
- Participating with the leadership team in project planning and execution
- Manpower planning and budgeting to attract the right talent to fill key positions within a stipulated time frame
- Ensuring the successful launch of the plant by liaising with all external authorities to ensure legal & statutory compliance
- Creating the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing on all aspects of HR,like Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organisation Design, Talent Management and Industrial Relations.
The Successful Applicant :
- One should come with 10-15 years of experience in a Plant HR role in a Manufacturing set up
- Should have managed IR in your past roles and can smoothly handle discussions with unions
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Should have managed Union & must have Wage Settlement exposure.
