- Manpower Planning, Employee Relations
- Employee Engagement, Employee Welfare,Policy Formulation
- Compensation and Benefits, T&D, Competency Mapping, Disciplinary Actions
- Industrial Peace Maintenance, HR-Audit
- Committee Management, Negotiations, OHC, CSR and General Administration
