Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead pursuit activities, deliver insightful approach, persuasive pricing and associated credentials that lend credibility with deep sector and functional knowhow working closely with global pursuit teams
- Lead all stages of proposal process and ensure adherence to firm guidelines and leverage best practices from global pursuit teams
- Conduct proposal kick-off and debrief meetings, as well as prepare detailed proposal plans, schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices for all phases of proposal development
- Exhibit a structured approach to problem solving and working knowledge of issues based consulting
- Exhibit proficiency in responding to ad-hoc research inquires for quick turnaround for proposal development
- Contribute to proposal development and business development initiatives under direction of engagement teams
- Manage day today relationship and operating rhythm with the strategy competencies across EY regions to understand their business and proposal delivery requirements and deliver on expectations
- Assume accountability for delivering exceptional quality artefacts that align with business and client requirements
- Focus on building capability in the team as well as building strong relationships among GDS strategy and other country strategy teams
Key skills :
The candidate is expected to have at least 4 years of relevant experience in the following functional areas :
- Proficient in preparing high quality proposals and responding to RFQs, RFPs and RFIs in Retail, CPG, TMT, Energy sectors
- Proficient in analysing RFQs, RFPs and RFIs with a view to develop response outlines and content development
- Ability to prepare commercials bids by conducting project resource planning, effort estimation and pricing models
- Lead storyboarding sessions, facilitate key review meetings, manage proposal governance, review collaterals and proposals as necessary
- Ability to work with leadership including partners and liaise with all stakeholders to deliver on compelling response documents
- Drive, formulate and ideate customized proposals and presentations - developing value propositions, capability statements and competitive differentiators
- Exceptional analytical and report writing skills, and proficient in using PowerPoint to present complex data visually
- Strong structured problem solving and analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Education and Experience :
- MBA or equivalent (Post Graduate Diploma) from a top tier B-School/ or reputed university
- The candidate must have worked in consulting firms delivering proposal developments
- Acumen for stakeholder management with ability to work with a diverse range of teams from various geographies
